Admission includes a souvenir cup and party favors (sombreros and mustaches). There will also be live music by DJ Irie, a mariachi band and mini luchadores wrestlers. Tickets are $36 for general admission and $56 for VIP entry.

Gale Rooftop

Location: Gale South Beach, 1690 Collins Ave , Miami Beach;

Make your own margarita and listen to tunes by DJs Pirate Stereo and Fox Brothers. This free event lasts from 6 to 11 p.m

Learn how to make cocktails using Tequila Avion from a head mixologist at a free class from from 7 to 8 p.m.

Oh! Mexico on Espanola Way

The biggest street party takes place in South Beach at Oh! Mexico’s annual festival. Starting at 6 p.m. the entire area along Espanola Way will be closed to cars to make way for a huge stage featuring live music, mariachis and senorita dancers.

Cino de mayo bash at Mary Brickell Village

For an infamous bar hop, head to Mary Brickell Village’s annual Cinco de Mayo bash, featuring two DJ stages, mariachi, and dancers from 2pm-11pm. Tickets to this party 21+ start at $5 or you can get the “fiesta” party pack (includes a souvenir cup, beer fill, sombrero, mustache and glasses) for $27

Jalapeno Mexican Kitchen

Bring out your sombreros for this part at Jalapeño Mexican Kitchen’s fiesta, hosted by the Power 96 Morning Crew. There will be a sombrero contest, AND a “macho nacho” eating competition. The event, which starts at 5 p.m., and will feature $3 tacos, $4 beers, and $5 margaritas (cash only), a photo booth, and live entertainment by Power 96’s DJ Zog, and a Mexican mariachi band. Arrive around 4:30 p.m. at 10th Street and Ocean Drive in Miami Beach to join in the parade which will kick off the fiesta.

Monty’s Sunset will offer $5 margaritas and cheap eats such as chicken tortilla soup ($6), $15 for a bowl of chunky guacamole and tortilla chips that you can share with your friends

Naked Taco

Location: 1111 Collins Ave., Miami Beach

Celebrity chef Ralph Pagano’s taco joint, Naked Taco, will be offering drink specials including $3 drafts and $5 bottles of beer.  There will also be reduced priced tacos and mini-Mexican wrestlers


Location: 1220 16th St., Miami Beach

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is hosting an all-day neighborhood block party from noon to 5 a.m. featuring $5 Modelo beer and $6 margaritas and tacos from a food truck. Stop by in the evening for $5 shot specials, live music and free churros. There will be “shot chair” where two shot girls will be on hand to pour tequila in your mouth (the best guzzler wins a bottle of Dobel tequila).

Catch a tan poolside while a live mariachi band serenades you or dance the day away with Latin beats from the house DJ  from noon to 5 p.m. The Shelborne Grand Wyndham menu will include Mexican favorites such as carne asada tacos ($16) and chicken taquitos with pico de gallo ($10). Drink specials include margaritas ($12), Milagro tequila shots ($10), Michelada beer ($9), and bottles of Corona ($5)

Coyo Tacos

Location: 2300 NW 2nd Ave., Miami

Coyo Taco’s is throwing a block party where famed masked luchador wrestler, Blue Demon Jr., competes. There will also be a pig roast, $5 tacos and margaritas, and a live mariachi band. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for children.  The fiesta takes place from 5 – 10:30 p.m. with luchador matches at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.  If you plan to keep the party going, Quantic will spin from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Rocco’s Tacos

Location: 1313 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale

If you are looking for an all day affair (12pm-3am), check out Rocco’s Tacos street party. This all-day shindig will feature prize giveaways, a mustache contest and drink specials on margaritas, tequila and Corona.

Tacocraft Street Party

Location: Southwest Second St. between Southwest First Ave. and Nugent Ave. in Fort Lauderdale

Tacocraft is hosting a free street party from 6 p.m. – 2 a.m with live music by Latin Fusion band, Xperimento

Taco Beach Shack

Location: 334 Arizona St., Hollywood Beach

The grown and sexy crowd will be at Taco Beach Shack’s annual beach party. The event will feature Corona and Corona Light beer bucket specials, a live Mexican band, dancers and a special menu with favorites such as taquitos, burritos and quesadillas
